Design and build process typically runs much faster in comparison to the Consultant-Contractor parties, as work can be immediately started with just the initial drawings.

Being on both sides of the project, we are bound to ensure to take extra attention to the overall cost and budget of everything, especially in the early stages of discussions. This is to ensure low possibility of project price fluctuation, so that we can truly deliver the project without exceeding the budget (and without varying agreed quality).
Mitigated Risk to the Client (You)
Every project carries with it an element of risk. The advantage of Design & Build is that we are only tied into a singular contract.
As such a large portion of the risk associated with the project is carried by our team, the need to collaborate throughout the project is vital to ensure errors are minimized and rework is kept to a minimum as any design issues will most likely remain with Minku Interiors and will be less likely to fall into responsibility of the client.
